is there a way to create a link that any user can click on to land on his/her forum url
the link i want to add it in the help through manual.english.php

Yes, by default action=profile without an u param will take any registered user to her/his profile page:

but : site.com/index.php?action=profile;area=summary;u=120

i want them to easily find the user id with 1 click

why do they need to find the user id? you dont need the user id in the URL to end up in their profile.

yes i know, but users should give their profile url, thus trying to mame it easy for them to find it.
if there's no way to do that withough changing the php files, then i'll just do that.

So, you actually want each member to post a link to their own profile page?

For example, mine would be: https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=profile;u=245528

If so, I believe there are a couple of BBC mods for that, let the user use the user bbc tag or something similar, although I don't know if those mods would have a similar fallback as SMF has  but it wouldn't be hard to add it.
