Editing others posts or topics causing no access error.

Howdy,

Sometime a week ago I've noticed that anyone with permission to edit others messages/topics is having problems with functioning it properly.
Both administrators and moderators receive You are not allowed to access this section error message after saving the edited post or topic.

To make things weirder even thought that error message is being displayed... the message body is being updated properly
Manual return to the topic reveals that post actually was edited and SMF act like everything is ok.

Editing own made posts oraz topics is working properly.

• I've enabled template eval to see if it might help to trace the issue but error log does not produce any output related to this issue.
  
• I've uninstalled mods that were producing error in log or were not being used at all
• Mods list contains 105 items so ...

Any idea how to properly track problematic piece of code?
