Actions when saving/sending a post og a reply to a post

Hi,

My forum is a genealogical forum. One of the major specifics of such a forum is that it most often contains questions, comments and answers that come in a continous dialogue.

This means that I have a need to be able to keep the user in the thread where he/she posts/answers in stead of being returnied to the "main page" for the subject every time "Save" or "Post" is pressed.

My question is if this is possible, perhaps through a mod or something like that?
