Place "copy" of a thread on page outside of forum?

Is it possible to have something like a feed from a thread show up on a web-page outside of the forum itself?
Interaction on said outside page would be great though getting this feed to show up at all would be fantastic.

I am currently in the process of figuring out my database and manually installing 2.0.15 ..getting assistance from my server techs right now with some complications.  Hopefully the manual installation will go fine.
