Double index page

[esperanto-forum]

Today we upgraded to 2.0.15. We have PHP7. Since this upgrade, the welcome screen of our site  is "double" and everything freezes. If you look at the source code of this page, you can see that in the middle of the HTML-page another HTM-page starts "in the middle of nowhere". Any ideas where we have to look for the solution.
