How to change rank names?

I saw the rank names are Newbie,Jr Member, Full Member, Sr Member, Hero Member and I want to change it can you guys teach me how?

Admin -> Membergroups.  'Modify' the ones you want to change.

Thanks! Can you teach me too how to add points that if they post high quality they get more points if low quality they get few points

You can try the Karma feature, it may do what you want.  Enable it in Admin -> Core Features.

Its still dosent add points only karma that gives negative/positive feedback.
