I've been unable to update my forum for some time and haven't figured out what is going on, hopefully someone can steer me in the right direction.

Error received trying to update forum, note deleted forum and website name: Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxxx.com\httpdocs\xxxxxforum/SSI.php' (include_path='.;./includes;./pear') in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\xxxxxx.com\httpdocs\xxxxxxxforum\Packages\temp\$auto_0.php on line 3

Installations actions for "SMF 2.0.13 Update"
Installing this package will perform the following actions:
Type   Action   Description
*   1.   Execute Modification   ./index.php   Test successful
*   2.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/Calendar.php   Test successful
*   3.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/ManagePosts.php   Test successful
*   4.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/Display.php   Test successful
*   5.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/Subscriptions-PayPal.php   Test successful
*   6.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/Themes.php   Test successful
*   7.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/LogInOut.php   Test successful
*   8.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/Reminder.php   Test successful
*   9.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/PackageGet.php   Test successful
*   10.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/Subs-Post.php   Test successful
*   11.   Execute Modification   ./Sources/Subs.php   Test successful
12.   Execute Code   $auto_0.php

As you can see everything says  is successful testing but get the above error trying to do this. I'm thinking server permissions issue but not sure anymore after having web hosting company check permissions etc. without success.

Any thoughts?

Is the file SSI.php in your forum's root folder?
Address the process rather than the outcome.  Then, the outcome becomes more likely.   - Fripp

It was not. I copied an old backed up file in there and it worked. Not sure why they missed this. Tnx much!
