Define members who can read a post

Is it possible that I can define the members allowed to read/answer a post I created?

By define do you mean to see who read your posts or did you mean something completely different?

If the former, you can not see who read your posts, but you can see who read your topics with my mod here:

Although if users mark topics as read they will disappear from the read list.

You can not define anything by individual member in SMF
Additionally, you can not define read/reply permissions on a specific POST.
