Mod to automatically tweet and post to FB

FYI, I have requested my post in the customizing forum be deleted....

I don't see anything in the mods portal at least by the search criteria I have tried. The only result I get from Google is https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=360150.0

Twitterfeed no longer exists and the service they suggest using works whenever it wants to. I configured both FB and twitter and posted 15 new forums topics. Dlvr.it sent one post to Twitter, none to FB.

Can anybody make a mod that will do this?
