How to change Posts order ascending Or descending for guest, user and member

I have already changed the posts order for me only from profile==> look and layout that is not enough for me. As an admin, I want to change the post order for guests and users too. Please anybody can help how can i do this

Admin -> Current Theme -> Member Options -> Show most recent posts at the top

Set it for both 'Configure guest and new user options for this theme' and 'Change current options for all members using this theme'.
