Live chat

Hello everybody.

I've got a problem, what I can't solve. (I know, I'm a beginner )

In my forum site, I want to use a live support chat. This live chat is from the hxxp:tawk.to [nonactive] site.
So, my problem is the next. I don't know, how can I use that. (on my forum) Because I tried some mods (for example Global headers footers), but they didn't work.
Could somebody give me an idea, which solves my problem?
Or somebody knows the full way to make this thing?

I see. The problem is that it doesn't appear on my forum :/ otherwise it appears when I paste this script to a html page code (an action page, but it appears just on that page :/)
