Theme Menu Overlaps Profile Menu - MOBILE

I was hoping someone could shed some light on my issue.  I am using a free theme (Gaming Nation) from SMFTricks.com.  All works well until I view it on a smart phone.  The member profile menu goes under the main menu (see attached). 

I've posted in their forum but no response.  Can someone please let me know what I need to do to fix the issue?

Well, that's over my head.  so basically it isn't coded correctly?  Not worth using it?

It's coded correctly for pc, but mobile renders it incorrectly.  You need a theme that's designed for pc and mobile.

Yeah it is, do you have the current version?  Maybe it's just broken, don't use a phone so can't test it.
