Am I pinged somehow? Strange visitors...

I get regular calls from the same IPs ranged in 54.36.149.x
almost exactly every 10 minutes

I know that, because I wrote a ban for that range, so I see the times.
And that ban-hit-list is pages long already!

Iplocation tells me that comes from Roubaix.

A bot or something?
Any idea? Anybody?

well, first things first... 

don't use the SMF ban for IPs...
if you really want to ban IPs (which is, overall, a bad choice) then use an .htaccess deny instead of the SMF ban

AhrefsBot, an aggressive and pretty much useless commercial link crawler. Many consider it malicious because of the amount of bandwidth it eats.
