Category URL's Get Error On Guest Search

If a category is posted as a link on social media, guests browsing to the URL get a session verification failure message.

An Error Has Occurred!
Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

Is that supposed to happen? Sometimes I may need to post category URLs on social media and the return for the guest EU isn't favorable.

Thanks!

Can you post an example link.

http://www.youthhockeyinfo.com/index.php?action=collapse;c=1;sa=expand;f7f3892946e=6351a7a34a41bb55cdf71de5b1bb7f77#c1

Yeah that won't work since it has a session id. You should never post a link that has your session id in it. That long string of letters/numbers.
The closest you can get is http://www.youthhockeyinfo.com/index.php?#c1 which should work very similar

Ok, so I'll just have to delete out the session ID then before I post the category.

And this part action=collapse;c=1;sa=expand;

Ok, got it. Weird because I don't remember that happening before with the entire session ID in it. You can't even copy category URLs as a guest.

Yeah, the index will have links on the category headings if the categories are collapsible, and copying the link for the collapse/expand function is an easy mistake to make.

The collapse/expand link will look like this ( SMF Support category here )
https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=collapse;c=3;sa=collapse;xxxxxxx=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx#c3

A link to the actual heading would look like this ( SMF Support )
https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php#c3

I wouldn't think there is need for posting links to a category on the index very often, and personally I'd rather try to use boards if I could.
For example, directly to this board ( SMF 2.0.x Support )
