Meta tags and titles not updating by google

Hi SMF Heros,

I changed meta title and description for search engines two months ago but still, it is not updated in Google. If you see my page source https://discusscryptocurrency.com/ it shows the title and description defined by me but I have no idea why it is not updated by Google in two months. Am I doing something wrong? Because I have installed the mod "metatags modifications" but still i have manually put the meta title,description, and keywords in index.template.php. Is this doing wrong or not matter?

It's been four months i have established my website

If you deem it established, you shouldn't change anything. Google has to re start from scratch. My site is going on 2 months old and I'm still getting situated in search results.
