I cannot logging with installed reselle mobile theme

I have installed smf ver. 2.0.15 and I install reseller mobile theme for mobile users but in the beginning it works fine but now have a error with logging which is now no body cannot logging with mobile phone cos displaying a error message all the time when trying to log..

I attached a screen shot for your reference pls help me to correct that issue
