Studio theme SMF - Just Installed! text edit

OK can't get this one.   Studio theme  Has an I icon and SMF - Just Installed! how do I  remove the whole box.
OR move it to center top

Don't have a scratch install, but iirc, that's a news item.  You can disable it in Admin -> Current Theme -> Enable random news line in the forum header.
