Problem wit admin account login

Hello,

Im trying to get into the administrator account (only), but still getting this page.

Please, give some idea what might be the problem.

Have access to phpmyadmin. Tried to send password message, but Im not getting it on the email. Changed email from phpmyadmin. Still have no reset message.
