Just wondering, if I close my forum so unregistered guests have to register before they can view the forum, Will the search engine spiders still be able to index the forum?

Aleksi "Lex" Kilpinen

No. And while it could perhaps be done, it would not do any good as the largest search engines would ban you for cheating.

The reason that I ask this is I know of a forum that allows only so many unregistered views and then you get the registration screen with a friendly warning to register. The last thing I want is to lose what the spiders do since my forum is new.
