New Theme - Lost access to admin area

Hi,

I've installed a theme that seems to have broken or hidden the admin area.  I'm unable to change the theme now.

Is there a way I can ftp to my forum site and hack my way back to a default theme?

Okay, I found a safer hack

www.forumdomain.com/index.php?action=admin

This got me back into the admin area.
