Neues Thema erstellen dauer lange bis sichtbar / Create new theme lasting long

Hallo,

nachdem ich ein neues Thema erstellt habe, dauert es um die 2 Minuten bis das Thema in der Unterkategorie auftaucht.
Unter den neuen Nachrichten, ist das Thema als "Neue Beiträge" gleich sichtbar.

Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wo der Fehler liegen könnte?

After creating a new theme, it takes about 2 minutes for the topic to appear in the subcategory.
Among the new news, the topic is immediately visible as "New Posts".

Does anyone have any idea where the mistake could be?

SMF version?  PHP version?  Mods?  Does this happen in default Curve?

Du hast XAMPP in einem Livesystem? Das würde ich echt nicht empfehlen. Wie ist das denn konfiguriert?
