Just go to other accounts, to their account settings page in their profile, and add the Administrator account.

Note that these people can install mods, modify things and even remove you, so be careful.

You are right, I meant an account with administrator rights.

Then do as I said, go to the account you want to make an admin and change their account in the Account Settings Page...
