Making changes in Header Text and Logo Area

I changed the Header area on my forum to display my forum name in place of SMF Logo.
And I know where to go to change this again if I want to, e.g., my forum's name - "Forum Lite Express".
However, to the far right of the Forum Name I chose (in the SAME Header area) I also included the words:  "Telling it like it is"

The problem is, I cannot locate the area in the Admin Panel whereby I made that original addition of text in the Header.
I believe I have been over every possible link provided in the Admin section, but still cannot find HOW and WHERE to make a revision with regard to that text (as shown in the above paragraph).

Can someone direct me to where in the Admin Panel (or elsewhere?) I must go to make the Revision I desire; e.g.,
"TELLING IT LIKE IT IS" instead of what I currently have ("Telling it like it is").

Thanks!

Isn't that the "Site Slogan" within "Theme Options and Preferences"...?

Thank you!

I made the change successfully.
That must have been one of the links I did NOT click on (the 2nd time around!)
