How Do I Specify An Email For My SMF Forum Contact Form

Hello everyone, i am using a "Contact Page" by SMFHacks.com Team. I have tried to send a mail through the contact form and it has not been delivering.

I searched around and couldn't find a place to customize the contact form to put my mail.

Please anyone who can help
