How do I enable Watchlist/Watch Board feature for users to access at hxxp:domain.com/index.php?action=watchlist [nonactive]

I don't remember there being action=watchlist in any version of SMF.

Users can select to be notified by board or topic and view that in their profile, which is watching a board, I guess.

And it would only work on the out of date 1.1.x series anyway... I love how they're not even up to date there.
