I would like to see moderator tags in default SMF

I have been running many sites with SMF for over a decade now and have used the moderator tags mod on exactly one of them.

I think that this function belongs as a mod. After all, it's a total of three clicks to install it.

As the author of said mod, I strongly disagree about it being core, not least because most communities don't need it or benefit from it.
