Very nice!
Thank you. It's very basic and lightweight. Just under 250kb compared to some themes that are over 1500kb. This theme has zero features lol

Another thing I like about this theme, is how easy it is to change the colours.  8) Wish they were all like this.

I think i use about 4 different hex colors, header, catbar, menu bar and hyperlinks. lol this theme is dead basic. hahahaha

Dude, this theme is awesome and is almost exactly what I've been looking for. I was about to drop some money on a premium theme.

I love how you used images for the colors instead of hexadecimal. The pink didn't fit my website theme so I changed the graphics to a blue; it's so painless to change the main color! I wish this was a standard practice for everything.

I do have a question; how do you change the link color for each forum on the home page, and the hover for drop-down menus? It's still pink and I can't find the style that's making it stay that way.

Edit: found it. For some reason GIMP was giving me the wrong color code when I sampled it.

I meant the main_block and menu_gfx images in the images folder.

Also, just letting you know, there seems to be an alignment issue on the mobile version. When I hold my phone vertical it doesn't display the table correctly:

I just went to your site and saw that. Do you have any mods installed? I dont have any issues on my demo site.

Nope, no mods. Your demo site works on my phone. Odd. I'll try reinstalling.

Switch to another theme and see if that happens. Try default.

I uninstalled the theme and completely deleted it from the server, then reinstalled fresh with no changes over my own. Still has the same issue. None of the other default themes have this issue. This is weird. I wonder why your demo works.

Potentially dumb question, is the theme on your website and the theme on the SMF theme site the exact same? Or are they different versions?

I figure it out.   You need this mod that the SMF team made to make the default theme responsive.  https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=4040 Install it and you should be golden.   Thanx for finding this. In the meantime, i will fix this in the next update so i dont have to depend on that add-on mod.

Yup, that did it. You're the man! FYI, one of the tests failed, not sure how big of a deal that is but I just wanted to let you know for your future developments.

Keep up the awesome work!

Thank you, i did the same thing and it happened to me too. I will look into it.

Mick.

@Nullsignature  It turns out that my theme depends on the responsive curve mod since it modifies the templates to make it mobile. Templates that my theme does not have out of the box. When 2.1 is released, responsive themes no longer will depend on that mod since it will be already added in that version.  ...and that error, no worries, the mod was looking for an active button from the index template. Geek doesnt have that button.

evgeny22

looks great! how to disable wap/mobile version?

Mick.

evgeny22

QuoteYou mean this?
https://www.idesignsmf.com/demo/index.php?wap2 [nofollow]
Yes. When I visit the website in my tablet, it opens the mobile version, but I need a full version.

Aleksi "Lex" Kilpinen

Now, it's been a decade or so when I last had to deal with wap2, but I seem to remember you could force it out of it by replacing the ?wap2 in the url with ?nowap

@evgeny22

What Aleksi mean is, open the index.template.php of the geek theme.... find this 3/4 way towards the bottom in the Footer div:

<li class="last"><a id="button_wap2" href="', $scripturl , '?wap2" class="new_win"><span>', $txt['wap2'], '</span></a></li>

and replace it with:
<li class="last"><a id="button_wap2" href="', $scripturl , '?nowap" class="new_win"><span>', $txt['wap2'], '</span></a></li>

Aleksi "Lex" Kilpinen

Well, actually I meant if you are for some reason forced in to wap view, you should be able to get out of it by loading the forum url with ?nowap added to the end. ?wap2 gets you in, ?nowap gets you out :)

Hello,

thank you for this great theme! I love to use it.
Unfortunately, I get stuck with a problem, I am not a specialist. Perhaps you can help me?

With a mobile view (responsive) I would need the icons for new posts (on.png / off.png) below a width of 640px. Unfortunately I can't do it :(

Many Thanks
Andy

I'm not sure what you're asking. You want a different image? You don't want the images to show in certain screen size?  I'm confused.

shadav

I could be wrong but I think that they want them to always be displayed (regardless of the screen size)

KL7000F

I would have liked to have these icons always displayed.

Thanks

Hi @Mick.

Lovely theme, thank you.

Just one question, if you can help me out.

I want to show avatars in topics normally as the default theme of SMF, can you help me?

Thank you
