Link to last post of a topic in Show Posts

Is there an easy way to add a link to the last post in the topic/thread beside the link to your actual post when viewing the list of posts using the Profile-> Show Posts feature?  This would allow you to jump directly to the last post on a topic, rather than to the last post you (or whatever user's posts you're browsing) made.

Perhaps just simply the regular graphic used (with tooltip on mouse-hover) for "Last Post" on the topic screens, something like this example markup:



This is probably very simple to add, and not really a Mod Request, per se, but I thought maybe someone knew any easy way to do this before I dive into the mass of .php which is SMF to try to figure it out myself.
