it doesn't matter how you use it, you're legally not allowed to use it at all.

Isn't Zone99 a dzinerstudio paid theme? They closed their doors and took their themes with them, I think. Nonetheless, I bet this theme was downloaded from a pirate website. You're out of luck bud.

I get what you guys are saying that there templates are pay for but they have closed there doors there don't seem to be any way of contacting them to make a purchase. so my question is why is it so wrong to use them instead of them vanishing from existence.

They own the themes therefore they do whatever they want with it. You didnt pay for it, cant use it or expect a possible legal action, like digital theft. But hey, do whatever you want, youll be known as a thief and disrespectful to others hard work in creating such themes. There are hundreds of themes available for free.

Really doesn't matter. If you are new here, then you obtained the theme long after we closed Dziner Studio. Not to mention, from the looks of the image you posted, you are using a very old version of Zone99, and will likely run into more issues than you can handle.
My advice would be to find another theme that is up to date with SMF.

All's good man, i'm just stressing the principality of theme ownership. I don't know the reason why they closed the doors but once they did, them themes died with it and here on SMF, them dzinerstudio themes are very recognizable and no one will give support to paid themes other than the author himself. ....and yes, I agree, they were excellent themes.

Actually, I still offer support for DS themes. But only to those I recognize as former Premium members, and only in private.

Awesome man... say, you might be able to contact them and maybe offer cash form the rights of all or some of them themes. You know, keep it alive hehehe   I still have most if not all of their themes too somewhere stashed in my puter.  I just dont remember the name of the zip files bahahaha

I still have all the Premium themes and am still in contact with them. I attempted to purchase Dziner Studio including the domain. Bikken and maYday turned down my offer stating they just wanted DS to fade away with dignity. Little did they know the domain would end up being purchased by an escort service before I could get a chance at it.

Well iv been messing about with my payed for version. and well lets say its full of bugs iv fixed them for myself but I wont be passing any fixes on so I would not recommend use of them if acquired from unsavoury sites.

Unusual for one of Bikken's themes to be full of bugs. They were generally very cleanly coded.

All DS themes are out of date, so to speak. You will more than likely see similar issues with all DS themes as they are all based on the same base code. The login area, particularly with premium themes seems to have the most frequent issues.

maYday and I email back and forth  occasionally, but it's been a while since I have heard from her.
