Google analytics not getting hits.

Hello, I have used global header & footer mod and copy & pasted Analytics tracking code into global head section.Google [nofollow] analytics is not getting any hits. Even in real time I don't see any hit when I visit my site pages. Anyone faced the same problem? Need help solving it.Thanks

does global headers allow javascript inside it?

why don't you just use the google analytics mod?

Also, do you happen to be running Ghostery, Adblock etc. yourself? If so, you won't see your own hits on Google Analytics...
