Adding Ranks on my Forum

How about adding a rank on forum?, I would like to add for those member who had their VIP level ingame and give them VIP rank on forum.

That's just a membergroup.

You can set one up in Admin > Members > Membergroups

Then set individual members to the new membergroup from their profiles. Primary membergroups are shown visually against their posts and other areas, secondary membergroups are not.
