Space between boards

I know I might not get an answer and I have already done this once before and I should not have to ask. I know there has been a lot of changes to the templates in 2.1. There may have been more since the last time I did this. I am trying to get rid of the space in between individual boards. take a look at the screen shot and tell me were I can find that space between weather and politics. I can't seem to find it. I thought it was in the index.template but it's no where to be found.

Funny, I looked at that and played with it but I guess I played with the wrong part, lol. Thanks a lot man.
