Install Step 2 Error Cannot find database source script!

I am changing two forums that were previous installed and working (changed the domain names). 
The first Install went smooth.  The second i see Critical Error!! Cannot find database source script!
Please check file Subs-Db-mysql.php is within your forum source directory.  Step=2 after submitting database admin/password

I only see install_2-0_mysql.sql,  there is nothing with .php. 

1) Is the error incorrect indicating the .php extension??
2) what to look for that it can't find the .sql file (if that is the issue?)

Looks like you're in the wrong place.  Are you installing 2.0 or 2.1? Subs-Db-mysql.php is in /Sources.
