Version
2.0.15

Description
A setting that means every post and comment from non-Admins on a particular board are treated as posts from users whose posts are moderated.

The use case is a board where, unlike the majority of the site, there are specific rules around allowable content and many people are not following them. Rather than have them appear and be deleted / moved somewhere private, they would not be visible to most users until approved (possibly after editing).

Permissions
Admin only, affecting non-mods.

Feature Set
A tick box, defaulting to 'off', for every board.

The ability - globally is fine, set for each affected board is ok - to say which usergroups are exempt from this. Defaults to 'administrators'.

Illori

this is a default feature if you enable post moderation and create a permissions profile for that board and assign it to the board.

Ooh, great!

Is there a step by step guide to doing so for really dim people like me who couldn't see how?

Admin --> Configuration --> Core Features --> Post Moderation. Click on the big power button on the right and click on Save afterwards.

Admin --> Forum --> Boards --> Modify Boards. Find the board for witch you'd like to modify the permissions and click on permissions (it's on the right in the same line with the board name).

A late thank you for this - it's been working exactly as we'd like.
