I can't create a new category from categories.

Subs-Boards.php file added.
I don't know what line 787 is.
- I changed it with a Subs-Boards.php and tried again. Same again.
- I changed all the files to zero. Same again.
- I search "color" in the database. I erased the results. Same again. (bought backup)
- I removed Bookmarks mode. Same again.
- I removed the Board Color and Icons mode. Same again.

and...

Normally, this error is on the localhostta.
I noticed something.
I installed the site on a server.
I'm opening a category.
No error occurred on server.
Why can't I open a category on localhost?
Should code at the Subs-Board.php change?
Why does Localhost fail?
Where's the bug?
What file and error is in the code.
Please help me.
