How do I put a member on Moderator or Admin review?

I've been looking for how to do this, but cant find anything.

I can see there is an approve button as part of moderation, but how do you set a member to need approval of all posts before they become visible on the forum?

issue a warning to include post moderation, that means enabling the moderation system and making sure the level is set to include post moderation.
