[2.0] Postgres setup use wrong escape symbole

Everytime i test the upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 I install new 2.0 and enverytime i had to fix the setup files...
please change the escape from \' to '' in the pg setup sql file.

Like 2.1 it do.

Ps. you need to watch out that you keep the working
