Hi everyone!

I am having the same issue. Same SMF version 2.0.15
But surely, like you said it is caused by a mod. I have to start uninstalling the mods and test it. 

My current mods are:
TinyPortal 1.6.0 - SMF 2.1-style Admin Area - ImageShack Syndicate - Change Account Status From Profile - Countdown BBCode - Country Flags - Avatar Rounded Corners - Quick Translation - Discord Web Hooks

I will keep you informed if I find the cause. Maybe this info could be useful for other users.

[SOLVED]

Cause: Bug in the mod "Quick Translation"(I have the version 1.1.1)

Solution 1: Edit the table messages , field qt_lang and add as default value "en"
Solution 2: Uninstall the mod.
