Hi,
I am facing the same issue, not able to access the admin as it says session verification failed.
Tried solutions like:
1. Dumping sessions table.
2.Clearing log_online and log_errors tables.
3.Clearing cookies.
4.Accessed using multiple browsers and multiple machines.
5.Installed previous version (2.0) still facing the  same issue.
6.Tried calling session_destroy() method.

None of the above solution worked.

Please update any solution regarding the same..!!

Try settings databasesssions to zero in smf_settings database table.
