Unable to install

I'm trying to install SMF 2.1 frpm development repository but i can't

The problem is when i try to install, when i go to where is installed the script give me 500 error and when i check the error found "Settings.php failed to open stream". So i go to installer path and definitely not exist also not exist install.php.

How is suppose to install SMF 2.1?

Are you just trying it out, or are you looking to do development on it?

Use the nightly build from https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=558451.0 instead.

GitHub has a slightly odd setup so that devs don't accidentally commit their Settings.php file.

Now i can see the installer but i stuck in step 3 when i click to contiene return back to step 1 even if the fields is wrong, correct or empty.

Is the error the same as in your opening post?

No errors when i click continue just redirect to step 1.

Confirmed bug.  Just logged an issue on Github:

Fix has been merged, i.e., a fresh download from Github should work now.
