It's safe to remove the old packages of old versions of SMF 2

I'm now using SMF 2.0.15 and there are so many old packages of old versions so I just want to delete all of them.
Is it safe to remove them?

Yes, you can delete those from the package manager. Don't uninstall them of course, but deleting them should be fine
