redirect boards/iurl

Should redirects in 2.1 be treated as iurl. This makes it hard for admins to keep people on their sites if every time you click redirect you are taken off the site you were on. Just thought I would ask.....and probably piss people off in the process, lol. Sorry, it's just a question.

a lot of people also dont like stuff being opened in a new tab unless actually open it in a new tab.  this can be changed with a mod, i dont see the need to change it at this point.
