Unresponsive arrow in profile bar

I'm on RC1, Chrome 72. If I click on the arrow to access my profiles' settings nothing happens:

Cannot replicate the issue mentioned on both desktop emulation & my phone. I can click the arrow to open the drop.

do you block jquery from loading? maybe changing the source of jquery may help?

And just to note: the entire name, arrow and a slight space around it should be clickable.
