Is it possible to post automatic external Rss feeds to the forum?

Not out the box, but there's mods for it, e.g. RSS Feed Poster.

I have no idea if it's been updated yet for RC1 because not everyone has had time to update yet.

Also, RSS reposting risks getting dinged for duplicate content.
