Footer copyright year

Hi,

before the upgrade to 2.1 RC1 I have done a clean file setup of my 2.0.15 installation. After that clean up the year within my footer was 2015. During the upgrade process it was 2019 and now it is 2011 ..  I found the footer section in the index.template.php but there isn't the year definied

My guess copyright year not updated in language file.

Yeah, copyright year is wrong in german language file.
