I have sometimes tried to install the forum 2.015 or 2.1 in my domain, but I can not, someone can help me. I do not know anything about that. I tried to follow the installation information but after installing what appears there is nothing like a forum

Do you, perhaps, mean that it's missing the formatting and showing as text only?

If so, the load and use repair_settings.php In order to correct the bad URLs. The installer has a bug that sometimes causes the url of the forum to not get loaded into the settings and needs to be corrected using the repair utility
