Double buttons in every topic

Hi, why i see everything double in every post and topic?
New user and in SMF so this gets over me by far......

Putting them at the top and bottom is normal, means if you have a long page of stuff, you don't have to scroll up or down to do things, e.g. you can do something if you read to the end of a long thread you can then reply easily.

Ok, thanks for fast reply. I thought i made some mistake in settings etc.......so everything fine then.
