1. I am trying to verify my site with elaxa and send this error: Your website returned to "403 Forbidden" error.

I use these mods.-

Petry URL 2.1 RC1
Download System 2.1 RC1

2. There is a possibility that recent topics appear above

1- What is Elaxa and how/why are you verifying your site with it?

2- Are you seeing any errors when a normal user accesses your site?

Did you try to disable Pretty URLs to see if that's the problem?
