Mods "missing" after SSL

I have successfully added SSL to my forum and completed the repair_settings link steps however no mods show up - even though the mods still work.

Example: I have the Like Posts modification installed, but no Like button shows up on posts... except you can still view the stats centre and other features of the mod in profiles.

Example: No quick reply BBCode images show in the quick reply

Ads also stopped appearing as well as images in signatures, even though they are HTTPS linked images and I changed the urls for images directory in repair_settings.

Any help would be wonderful.

EDIT TO ADD: Some of the mods work on the default Core theme but not on the forums default custom theme even though I did not change anything aside from adding SSL (ads show up on Core but not on my custom theme.)

You did not update all of the urls to be https.
Use repair_settings.php

And you will have to correct your ad code in the ad manager
Please do not PM, IM or Email me with support questions.  You will get better and faster responses in the support boards.  Thank you.

I did use repair_settings as mentioned and all available url options there are https. Could there be something I am missing manually?

The ad codes work if I swap to Core theme but not on my custom theme Manas_v2, so I'm not sure it has to do with swapping the codes.  The Like Mod doesn't show up on either theme, but the Adsense mod does work on Core and Manas_v1.

Go through the mods and themes settings manually to make sure, and empty your caches.

If that doesn't help, it may also be that your mods have stored a wrong url in their own settings, or it might be they just don't work with SSL
