Mail Setup with Outlook

Is it even possible to setup my site from a working website to setup SMTP using Outlook.com email? Like SMTP settings. ie,. SMTP Server is outlook.com if this is making any sense.
Then use my Name and password for outlook?

If not, I'll end up paying I suppose.

Possible, most probably. Out of the box, I'm not sure.
Have you tried? If you have, did you get any errors logged?

EDIT: As far as I know, outlook.com is not an SMTP server actually, the address would be something like smtp-mail.outlook.com or smtp.office365.com
